On July 20th, 2010 the Second Quarterly High Level Conference on United Truck Project Held in United Building, Sanshan District, Wuhu. Chairman of the board of Yuchai Group and Yuchai United Power Co., Ltd Yan Ping, president of China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. Mai Boliang, chairman of the board of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. Yin Tongyue and other leaders presented the conference.

During the conference, Yan Ping listened to the report on the construction status and development plan of the United Power Company given by Liang Heping, general manager of Yuchai United Power Co., Ltd. Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and United Power Company jointly held the YC6K knowledge property right transfer ceremony. On the ceremony, chairman Yan Ping authorized deputy general manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. Zhong Yuwei, general manger of United Power Company Liang Heping to represent each others own company to sign the contract of YC6K knowledge property right transfer.

Vice president of China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. and vice chairman of the board of United Power Company Li Yinhui, general manger of Shenzhen Jiusi Investment Management Co., Ltd. Wang Min, deputy general manager of C&C Truck Co., Ltd. Tang Gang and Tu Xiaoyue, secretary of the board of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. Han Yiyong, dean of the engineering academy Lin Zhiqiang and other leaders also presented this conference.

On the evening of 19th, Yan Ping held a banquet to condole with the workers of Yuchai United Power Company. Yan Ping said on the banquet, All the workers seated are the founder of Yuchai United Power Company. He also kindly talked with the workers of Yuchai United Power Company on the banquet, told them to treasure the career platform and realize their life value, encouraged them to carry forward Yuchai spirit and promote Yuchai culture, so as to conquer difficulties, keep forward pertinaciously and finally carry out the order of United Power Company endowed by Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.
