Yuchai has entered a critical development stage, the accomplishment of the strategic objective under the Twelfth Five-Year Plan has posed high requirements for Yuchai in all aspects, Yuchai is facing unprecedented challenges, and style rectification is a need for building high-caliber teams, promoting the implementation of the strategic objective and advancing the leapfrog development of the group. Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, said at the rally, adding that Yuchai should be prepared for danger in times of safety and try all means to sharpen corporate core competitiveness. Only when corporate competitiveness is strong enough, can the group achieve annual sales of RMB 80 billion to 100 billion at the end of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Therefore, Yuchai should think seriously how much growth space and right of voice will be left with Yuchai in the global economic layout. If we are complacent without the sense of crisis, the enterprise will collapse when our system, product and culture have problems.
