The new staff of Yuchai Heavy Industry in 2010 sing We Are a Family in chorus

On the night of July 31, through elaborate preparation by the league committee, Yuchai Heavy Industry Singing Contest 2010, themed Displaying Vigor, Singing for the Future, raised the curtain in a passionate and fascinating Latin dance. Zhan Xu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Yuchai Heavy Industry; Wang Rilai, chief technologist; Huang Youyan, secretary of the League Committee of Yuchai Group and leaders of all units were present.

In the contest, with the theme of Displaying Vigor, Singing for the Future, the contestants presented a series of healthy, novel and modern songs such as Practice and One Night in Beijing. With a good mastery of rhythm and singing skills, the 27 contestants interpreted songs in passionate, affectionate, light and ebullient styles to demonstrate the real demeanor and dreams of the young staff of Yuchai Heavy Industry and vividly represent their tribute to youth and aspiration for the future. The contest set off one new climax after another, fully showing the vigorous and pioneering spirit of the young staff. The melodious rhythm and fervent passion deeply impressed the audience, arousing bursts of applause.

In the interval, a luck draw was presented, and several lucky spectators won grand prizes. After the contest, Ye Chunying, secretary of the League Committee of Yuchai Heavy Industry, made a comment, speaking highly of the contests success and the contestants impressive interpretation and hoping that the young staff would seize all opportunities to participate in various activities of the company to add more splendors to their life and work.

Through impartial comprehensive scoring by the professional judge panel, 10 contestants like Zhai Xiaomu and Liu Xianbo eventually stood out as the shiniest stars in the night and claimed the top three prizes, subsequently the corporate leaders presented certificates and bonuses to the prizewinners.
