To find out product performance, solve problems, master market information, enhance product quality, boost sales and improve Yuchais brand influence, the service staff of Yuchai Vietnam Office and Dongfeng paid a joint visit to Vietnamese terminal users and provided services in early July.
The event mainly involved training in engine use and maintenance, provision of Yuchai engine maintenance data, gift presentation, engine use inspection, inquiry about users opinions and suggestions on products, etc.
The event was from July 6 to 13 and progressed in two lines, the first: periphery of Hanoi-Ha Nam-Ninh Binh-Thanh Hoa-Nghe An-Ha Tinh; the second: Hanoi-Vinh Phuc-Hai Duong-Hai Phong-Quang Ninh.
This event was intended to meet customers face to face to inspect their engines and vehicles free of charge, explain the common knowledge of engine maintenance and present some gifts. Users were satisfied with the services.
This event offered users close access to Yuchai, promoted mutual understanding and expanded Yuchais brand influence in Vietnam.
