One month in Yunlin, whole life affection for Yulin. This is the word from the hearts of members of Yuchai social practice team consisting of doctors from Tsinghua University.

Approved by National Ministry of Personnel, Yuchai built post doctor scientific research station in November 2000, which became the talent highland in Guangxi. Every year, Yuchai receives doctors including Tsinghua University to take social practice here, providing a good practice platform for cultivating national talents. On July 5th this year, Tsinghua University had chosen 31 doctors to carry out the summer social practice lasting 40 days in Yulin city. Among them, five doctors named Zhang Chunxia, Zhou Yingzhao, Zhao Yingshuai, Jiang Bo, Yu Chao came to Yuchai for the social practice, where they were deeply impressed by the energetic attitude and working spirit of the staff of Yuchai. After the practice, they wrote thanks letter to chairman of the board of Yuchai Group Yan Ping and other relevant leaders to express their affections for Yuchai.

How do you do! I am Zhao Yingshuai, doctor of Industry Engineering Department of Tsinghua University. As the leader of Yuchai summer social practice team of doctors, its my honor to express our sincere appreciation to your honored enterprise to offer the practice opportunity for us on behalf of all the membersJiang Bo, Yu Chao, Zhang Chunxia, Zhou Yingzhao and Zhao Yingshuai!

We five went to five different posts in Yuchai Group: Jiang Bo did Human resource plan in the human resource department of Yuchai Machinery Co.,Ltd; Yu Chao helped to solve Engines Backfire Problem in the Engineering Institution of Yuchai Machinery Co.,Ltd.; Zhang Chunxia drafted the Capital operation strategy plan in the plan department of Yuchai Group; Zhou Yingzhao did Human resource plan in the human resource department of Yuchai Heavy Industry; Zhao Yingshuai participated the Feasibility research on the mechanism of company career department in the company management department of Yuchai Machinery Co.,Ltd.

Holding the practice tenet called Accept training, enlarge knowledge, make contribution, we tried hard to finish every days job carefully, were modest to learn from the colleagues of the project management department, and made as much effort as we could to contribute our weak strength to the company with what we had learned. Even though this period was as short as one and a half months, we were deeply impressed by the upward working attitude and the tense but unified working status. The warm help and patient guidance of the colleagues deepened our realization of the company operation; the trust, encouragement and support of the company helped us carry out work smoothly and get periodical achievement; the plenty practice experience and what we saw and heard provided us more mature scientific research ideas. At the same time, the active efforts and hard exploration made by school fellows of Tsinghua University in the development of Yuchai had set a good example for our life plan. This is the word from the hearts of all the members of Yulin social practice team, and also reflects the unforgettable warm we experienced in Yuchai. We believe, this kind of feelings would be firmly kept in every employees heart, encouraging and inspiring all the Yuchai people.

The prosperity of Yuchai Group will definitely lead Chinese diesel engine industry to the world; the long term plan of Yuchai Group will also definitely show off the best and most beautiful future, which not only depends on the devoted efforts of all the core decision makers but also relies on the integrated wisdom, strength and unify of all Yuchai people!
