Currently, Yuchais business operations have been expanding in depth, and its degrees of product intelligentization and production informatization have become increasingly higher. To meet Yuchais development need in the twelfth five-year period, on the morning of December 17, Yuchai and Guangxi Mobile concluded a strategic framework agreement, opening a door to the in-depth development of digital Yuchai.

Gu Xiong, general manager of Guangxi Mobile and Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group attended and addressed the signing ceremony. Gu Tangsheng, president of Yuchai Group and He Zhili, deputy general manager of Guangxi Mobile signed the agreement on behalf of respective parties. Gu, Yan, Gu and He jointly launched the cooperative project. Leaders of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM), including Ning Xingyong, Wang Wei and Han Yiyong were present.

Project launch

Under the agreement, Guangxi Mobile will, in forms such as 2G, 3G, cable and WLAN, build fine communication networks including digital Yuchai to provide high-efficiency, smooth and secure basic communication guarantee to Yuchai. Yuchai will, based on production need, further deepen cooperation with Guangxi Mobile in fields of informatization services such as basic communication network construction, basic communication services, mobile informatization and ICT integrated application services to improve the level of informatization. Also, the two sides will give full play to respective advantages to carry out diverse forms of research cooperation such as information technology and equipment R & D and popularization by means of joint application and joint undertaking. According to sources, Yuchai Yineng and the relevant project of Yuchai Logistics Co., Ltd. will take the opportunity of the cooperation to go on a fast track.

Yan expressed full confidence in the cooperation, saying Yuchai and China Mobile are good friends and good partners, have established deep friendship in years cooperation, the agreements conclusion is Yuchais need for building a group with annual sales of RMB 100 billion, hopefully the two parties will, under the principles of honesty and integrity, equality and mutual trust, common development, continue deepening cooperation to accomplish reciprocity and win-win.

Gu delivered a speech at the ceremony, saying Guangxi Mobile will spare no efforts to facilitate and support Yuchais efforts to build an enterprise with annual sales of RMB 100 billion, and create an effective group information network for Yuchai with considerate services, rich channels and frontier innovation, in a bid to establish and consolidate an all-round strategic partnership.
