On the afternoon of October 26, Guishan Park in Yulin was brimming with laughter, where 163 sanitation workers of Yuchai celebrated their own holiday. Xie Yuqiang, vice president of Yuchai Group; Rao Yingxian, chairman of the Trade Union; Li Chengjie, chairman assistant and chairman of the Property Company; and other leaders sent money and the best greetings of the holiday.

Besides a sum of RMB 32,600 from Yuchai Group, Rao brought a special gift from the trade union-a sum of RMB 10,000.

Zhao Juan, head of the maintenance team of the service division of Property Company at Yinghua Community, took over the heavy care and love. She was ranked among "advanced sanitation workers", commended and awarded by the company together with 20 other colleagues from the service divisions and sanitation teams at other communities such as Wu Jiaxiong and Li Qiong.

Zhao is now in charge of the sanitation maintenance of Dream Garden. As a newly-built community of Yuchai, Dream Garden is overgrown with weeds and difficult to clean up, posing high requirements for sanitation maintenance. However, she volunteered to work there, went out early and came home late, and took upon herself the workload of one person and a half. "I have done the job for a decade, though someone thinks the job is not promising, I keep to the motto of loving whatever jobs I do?, and believe I will make a career some day."

Lu Shuhong, head of the sanitation maintenance team of the service division at Donghua Community ranked among the corporate model workers for outstanding performance, said , "The job is ordinary, but the corporate leaders value us and see us every year, I am moved. I have done this job for 16 years, may be rated as a 'senior' in the sanitation team, whenever I hear someone saying, 'Who made the ground so clean', I feel really comfortable and happy and work harder."

Chen Weihua, who worked on green maintenance with facility originally, was transferred to the service division of Power Building for sanitation maintenance due to work need. "I should not only perform my own duty, but also lead the team, the work has become more difficult and pressure heavier, but we work happily to make Yuchai more tidy and beautiful."
