Recently, Guan Min, member of the Party Committee of Yuchai Group, director of the Cadre Management Department and general manager of the Human Resource Department of Yuchai, has been awarded the title of "Guangxi's outstanding organization cadre" by the Organization Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

As the youngest female member of the Party committee, Guan started as a grass-roots worker, worked wholeheartedly and has been improving herself. She successively worked as secretary of the general League branch, secretary of the League committee, chairman of branch trade union, director of the general office and secretary of the Party branch of the head office of Yuchai. She has a firm belief in the Party, is incorruptible, self-disciplined, charismatic and widely admired.

In recent years, guided by the Party committee's concept of valuing talents, Guan has led the cadre management team in making all-out efforts to attract, introduce and retain talents and to select cadres and use cadres flexibly, thus making remarkable achievements in cadre (talent) management, training a number of talents for Yuchai and selecting a lot of young and capable cadres.
