On August 5, the launch ceremony of Yuchai Technician Association (YTA) for the outward learning and survey campaign was held at Yuchai Training Center. Leaders, including Li Tiansheng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Yuchai Group and secretary of the Party Committee of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM); Wang Wei, chief economist of YM; Wan Shenglan, director of Yuchai Training Center and Chen Jinyuan, chairman of YTA, together with some technician representatives, were present, seeing off the Liuzhou delegation departing in the day.

At the ceremony, Li raised requirements for the outward learning and survey campaign, earnestly expecting the technicians to pinpoint penetrating and combining points in light of actualities during visiting enterprises, to modestly learn and borrow others' successful experience and practice, to draw upon others' strengths, and to innovate and perfect what they have learned after returning for self use, to inject new vitality into Yuchai's scientific, preemptive and harmonious development.

The technicians undertook to apply the experience they have learned to work and duly solidify it to serve Yuchai.

According to sources, this year, Yuchai has organized technician delegations bound for Xiamen, Guangzhou, Liuzhou and Zhaoqing. 140 technicians were sent to famous enterprises, including Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co., Ltd., Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd., Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd. for learning and surveys.

Since 2009, Yuchai has earmarked a special fund for third consecutive years to send technicians for outward surveys and learning, fully demonstrating the company's great attention to and care for high-skill talents.
