On September 9, in acknowledgement of the diligent efforts of Yuchais staff education workers and backbone teachers, Yuchai held a seminar in celebration of Teachers Day, commending the advanced units that have made remarkable achievements in training work, devoted outstanding trainers as well as outstanding staff education managers. Leaders including Zhang Jiasha, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai; Wang Wei, chief engineer of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) in charge of staff education and Huang Yi, manager of the HR Department and director of Yuchai Training Center were present.

At the seminar, Wang highly praised and encouraged all trainers noble devotion and good teaching attitude, saying the mental outlook of staff education workers reflects Yuchais favorable corporate image. Yuchai will renew efforts to create a rich teaching atmosphere and make good use of persons to train more outstanding talents for the group.

Subsequently, leaders including Zhang and Wang presented awards to the advanced units and individuals. 10 units, including the Quality Department and the Production Department, won the title of Yuchais Advanced Staff Education Units in 2010; 20 part-time trainers, including Chen Caikun from Yuchai Foundry won the title of Yuchais Outstanding Trainers in 2010; and 10 staff education managers, including Huang Ling from Yuchai Engine Plant 2, won the title of Yuchais Outstanding Staff Education Managers in 2010.   

In a harmonious atmosphere, the attendees shared their teaching and happy experience as trainers.
