With a view to earnestly implementing the twelfth five-year corporate culture strategy, deepening staffs understanding of corporate culture work, and promoting the building and implementation of corporate cultures of Yuchai and its subsidiaries. On the afternoon of October 27, at Yuchais gracious invitation, Huang Xinhui, vice chairman of China Corporate Culture Institute (CCCI), delivered an impressive lecture entitled Strengthening Cultural Competitiveness and Cohesion, Improving Soft Cultural Strength. Leaders, including Li Tiansheng, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group and Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.; and Zhang Jiasha, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai were present. Guo Deming, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai, presided over the lecture.

At the lecture, based on the characteristics of the audience and Yuchais practice of corporate culture building, lecturer Huang elaborately dissected the essence of corporate culture from perspectives, such as definition of corporate culture, social background of formation of the theory of corporate culture, objective necessity of the theory of corporate culture, four development stages of corporate culture building, and characteristics of the theory of corporate culture, stressing efforts should be made on corporate culture building from four aspects: corporate culture building must be combined with methods of corporate business management; corporate culture building should be systemized; will, materialization and visualization projects should be fulfilled in corporate culture building; and entrepreneur responsibilities for advocacy, demonstration, integration and reform should be performed in corporate culture building.

The training lasted nearly three hours, the lecturer explained the subject in a simple, concise and impressive manner, cited a lot of concrete and vivid examples, and interested all attendees. Cultural attaches of many enterprises said the training has deepened their understanding of corporate culture and will benefit their future work on corporate culture building.
According to sources, inviting CCCIs expert to Yuchai for a lecture on corporate culture is exactly a basic step of implementing and advancing Yuchais twelfth five-year cultural strategy, which will cultivate an array of high-quality and competent talents for Yuchais corporate culture building.
