Ye speaks at the volunteer training
According to sources, more than 800 young volunteers will serve Yuchais 60th anniversary celebration. Ye hoped the young volunteers will fully understand the meaning of service, raise their sense of service responsibility, constantly enrich themselves and improve service capacity, thereby better serving the celebration.
Pang interpreted service essence from such aspects as the definition, basic functions and fundamental concept of service etiquette, underlining sweet smile and warm service are basic requirements for receptionists. Besides, she cited photos of volunteers for great events such as the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and the 8th Small and Medium Enterprises Expo (Yulin China) to elaborate on how to build personal images, including essentials of appearance, clothing, manners, civilized reception, etc.
