At the 8^th Annual Meeting of Nationwide Corporate Newspapers and Journals & the Corporate Strategy Seminar under the Financial Crisis that was held in Wuxi of Jiangsu province from April 25-26, Yuchai Buildertook the Top Prize of Nationwide Corporate Newspapers and Journals again. The deputy secretary of CCP committee of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. Guo Deming was titled the Outstanding Figure in Nationwide Corporate Newspapers and Journals. Chief editor of Yuchai BuilderTang Ning was titled the Outstanding Chief Editor Nationwide Corporate Newspapers and Journals. Vice chairman of China Enterprises Association Yin Yuanping, vice dean of School of Journalism and Communication of Renmin University Gao Gang and other leaders and distinguished guests presented the awards to winners.

From March to April, the selection for 2008-2009 Annual Outstanding Achievements of Nationwide Corporate Newspapers and Journals was organized by the publicity council of China Enterprises Association, Corporate Management Magazine, Beijing University , Renmin University and Communication University of China. Based on the principles of open, fair and justice, the result was finally released following strict election procedures and rating criteria. The judges committee agreed that the award-winning achievements reflected the role of corporate newspapers and Journals in corporate management. It is important in confidence establishing, unity and competitiveness improving under the server difficulties and tough challenges from home and internationally. The achievements were valuable to all business to study and copy.   

Over the past 3 years, Yuchai Builder has promoted the companys strategy and further upgraded the value of corporate newspapers and journals. Along with the strategy of to build another Yuchai in 3 years, Yuchai Builder broadened its views with strong concern to the general development of the company and made step by step progress, becoming a platform to show the corporate information, publicize corporate culture and establish public relationship. In the meantime, it became a bridge between Yuchai and local governments, nationwide suppliers, service stations and OEMs. It was awarded the 1^st class prize and the top prize of Outstanding Achievements of Nationwide Corporate Newspapers and Journals in 2007 and 2008 respectively. During the annual meeting, experts and chief editors of corporate newspapers and Journals concurred that Yuchai Builder was a good Journal that featured in independent thinking and expertise,clear positioning, simple but inclusive editions and outstanding characteristics.
