With the approaching of Guangzhou Asian Games and the increasing amount of Yuchai gas engine used in Guangzhou region, Yuchai took full advantage of this opportunity to designate Pang Shaoli and several other excellent electrical control service staff to cooperate with engineer Luo Yubin from ECI China Amico company to carry out large scale gas engine usage, repair and maintenance training in every districts of Guangzhou. As of August 9th, the gas engine usage, repair and maintenance skills training work lasting 10 days was successfully completed, being ready to meet Guangzhou Asian Games.
All the bus companies of Guangzhou paid very important attention to this training. These units had sent part of their drivers and relevant technical staff to participated in the training as follows: Guangzhou No.2 Bus Xinfuli Branch Company, Guangzhou No.2 Bus Yitong Branch Company, Guangzhou Xinhui Bus Co. Ltd., Guangzhou No. 3 Bus Company, Guangzhou No.2 Bus Co.,Ltd., Guangzhou No.1 Bus Co. Ltd. and all the repair factories. People participating the training expressed that, the training had taught them a lot and they hoped that Yuchai could carry out more trainings like this in the future, meanwhile they continuously praised this kind of after-sale service of Yuchai.
For most of the bus drivers of Guangzhou, this training filled their gap of gas engine usage and maintenance skills; for the technical staff of bus repair companies, they had firmed and improved their gas engine maintenance and repair skills; for Yuchai, it was good to improve the drivers skills, prevent accidents, extend the service life of the product, make the brand famous and get ready for the transportation guarantee work of Asian Games in November 2010.
