In order to further strengthen the working connection with Yuchai Group, to create better law environment for the implementation of Yuchais Twelfth Five Years? great blueprint and qualitative change so as to better serve the economics and society development, Yulin municipal peoples procuratorate and Yuchai Group held the opening ceremony of strengthening working connection in the Power Mansion on August 18th, during which deputy chief procurator Liu Hongyun and vice chairman of the board of Yuchai Group Li Tiansheng separately signed the opinion agreement named Opinions on Strengthening Working Connection, marking a stage achieved by the cooperation between the peoples procuratorate and enterprises.

About 180 people participated the opening ceremony as followings: chief procurator of municipal peoples procuratorate Yang Tianshou, deputy chief procutator Liu Hongyun and other relevant leaders, vice chairman of the board of Yuchai Group Li Tiansheng, deputy secretary general of the part committee Zhang Jiasha, secretary general of the part committee of Yuchai Machinery Co. Ltd. Liang Ping and other leaders, high level management of the both company, head of the part committee and administration personnel from every unit, staff on key posts such as purchase, quality, sales, etc. Chairman of the board of Yuchai Group Yan Ping met with Yan Tianshou.

The main purposes for the municipal peoples procuratorate to strengthen the working connection with Yuchai were to give full play to the function of supervising, to deeply implement three focused work of solving social contradictions, innovating social management and executing the law fairly and with probity, to actively carry out activities like excellent work and advanced people, to promote the construction of the partys clean and honest administration and the struggle against corruption, to practice all the measures of procuratorate institutions serving enterprises into real act, and finally to achieve win-win between the peoples procuratorate and the enterprises. For Yuchai, this year is the starting year of Yuchais Twelfth Five Years? strategy plan and the future several years development matters much for Yuchai. Yuchai Group took full advantage of the working connection strengthening opportunity with municipal peoples procuratorate to create a good law environment fro the development of the enterprise and to serve the great blueprint of the Groups Twelfth Five Year? through boosting probity culture and building a team of high quality cadre staff for the enterprise.

With the starting of this work, the municipal procuratorate institutions would hold the belief of supporting the sustainable development of Yuchai, take solving problems that affect the development of Yuchai, harm the interests of the staff and hurt the harmony of enterprise and society as the entering gate and focused point to serve the enterprise. They would strengthen the safety feeling of the enterprise and its staff through investigating and punishing the criminal cases that badly affect the development of Yuchai; by many other measures such as overhauling and standardize the market rules, investigating and punishing the duty crime that affected the interests and rights of Yuchai, strengthening the lawsuit supervision relating Yuchai, they would maintain a good market environment, fight for the best supervision result, do their endeavor to fulfill Yuchais legal requirement and make great efforts to serve the development of Yuchai.

The opening ceremony of strengthening working connection between Yulin municipal peoples procuratorate and Yuchai Group

Li Tiansheng addressed the opening ceremony in representation of Yuchai. He expressed great appreciations to the municipal peoples procuratorate for their longtime care, guidance and detailed service for Yuchai Group, asked all the people participating the meeting to fully understand the significance of the connection strengthening work between peoples procuratorate and enterprises, which would strengthen the business relations of the both sides, improve the communication and friendship of the both sides, and further promote the better law environment benefiting the development of Yuchai. He hoped that, through the joint efforts of the both sides, they could build and complete all the communication and cooperation mechanism, then use the good mechanism to boost the cooperation and business connections between peoples procuratorate and Yuchai Group, and also the win-win for both sides. He called on the leaders and staff of Yuchai to deepen the sense and perception of the law, examine and discipline themselves, obey the laws and rules, practice behaviors as operating in line with the law, standardizing the management and working with probity, so as to make joint efforts to accelerate the Groups Twelfth Five Years? strategy plan and build a new Yuchai with probity, harmony and prosperity. 

Yang Tianshou expressed that, the cooperation between the peoples procuratorate and the enterprises was an important platform and excellent method to give full play to the supervision function of the peoples procuratorate; in the future, Yulin municipal peoples procuratorate would fully carried out its supervision function, hold the belief of maintain Yuchais sustainable development to implement all the supervision work, comprehend and grasp the new requirement and new expectation proposed by Yuchai to the supervision work, widen the service field, consummate the service measures, enforce the service effect, so as to create good law environment for the development of Yuchai.
