Held by Yuchai, the first Yuchai Cup foundry workers ability competition of Guangxi region is to be held in October. Currently, with the full cooperation of Yuchai Foundry Factory and the training center of Yuchai Group, all the work goes smoothly.

Yuchai Cup foundry workers ability competition faces all the foundry factories in the region. Now, Yuchai has discussed with factories and industry associations like Guangxi Machinery Industry Staff Education Association, Wuling Liuji Company, Liuzhou Lizhi, etc. about the competition and its contents, reached agreements and finished key work like Operation guidance and assessment standard etc.

It is known that, the competition will hold the principle of Focus more on ability on the basis of knowledge examination and be divided to two main parts of theory examination and ability operation, in which the theory examination mainly test knowledge of grey iron, vermicular iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron, mixed with cast aluminum and other nonferrous metal knowledge; the ability operation consists of four parts of hand sculpt, process mapping, foundry defect analysis, foundry lineation. The competitors mainly come from Yuchai Foundry Factory, Yuchai Parts Manufacturing Company, Yuchai Jinchuang Company, Wuling Liuji Company, Liuzhou Lizhi Foundry Company and other foundry factories.
