Jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, National Commerce Department, General Administration of Customs, State Administration of Industry and Commerce and State Quality Inspection Administration, undertaken by China Quality Association, the first China Industry Products Quality Reputation Forum was grandly opened in Beijing on September 2nd. The first group of 156 national enterprises including Yuchai signed the proposal Global Quality Reputation Promises in the meeting. Chief quality director of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. Ma Xiaoxia participated in the forum on behalf of the company.

The theme of the forum was Build quality reputation; promote China make. Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC and vice premier of the Stat Council Zhang Dejiang presented the opening ceremony of the forum and delivered important speech. This forum formally launched the activity China Industry Enterprise Global Quality Promises. The proposal Global Quality Reputation Promises called on national industry enterprise to make the long term object for the enterprise development to be the implementation of quality promises and the pursuit of quality reputation, so as to provide satisfactory products and services for all the global consumers. Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Li Yizhong, relevant leaders from the central government and local government, excellent enterpriser, experts and scholars delivered wonderful speeches in the forum.

After the forum, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology would specially complete the quality promises activity, further promote the construction of quality and integrity system, strengthen the product quality supervision and social inspection, etc. Following the meeting spirit and the requirements of the proposal Global Quality Reputation Promises, taking the chance of national quality month activity, Yuchai will strictly control the product quality, build complete quality assurance system and promote the management level of the company to a new stage.
