Yuchai Vocational School Teachers Training Class was launched formally on the morning of September 6, and the Vice President Xie Yuqiang of Yuchai Group delivered an excellent and vivid lesson to teachers.

To the teachers joining the big Yuchai Group family, to understand and know Yuchai is undoubtedly the most pressing need. Xie Yuqiang firstly made a brief introduction of Yuchai from such three aspects as development history, basic situation and development strategies, and then elaborated on the schools mission "Huangpu of industrial workers and cradle of skill masters" and its guiding ideology "Serve Yuchai and facing the society", and he also explicitly pointed out the school-running mode summarized by "Relying on Yuchai, serve Yuchai", "Create new brand based on current one", "Point-line-surface expansion, industrial development". Finally, Xie Yuqiang put forward five suggestions to these teachers: "to carry forward the spirit of hard work of Yuchai; look ahead and concentrate on present time; focus on team spirit and seek collaboration; self-discipline and strict in teaching; to put ourselves in the state of continuous learning", and he also show a couplet with such words as "Those without ambition are not welcome to Yuchai; those seeking leisure should not enter YC", for mutual encouragement and common progress with these teachers. Although it was only a short training of more than an hour, teachers have got a preliminary understanding of Yuchai culture and a better appreciation of Yuchai spirit, and also more clearer objective and requirements for their future teaching as "Yuchai members".

According to planned arrangement, the training will last for three days, and teachers will be arranged to visit Yuchai and learn relevant national policies on vocational education and corporate culture and concept of Yuchai, and so on.
