Yuchai Heavy Truck Dealers Gather in Yulin to Seek Development- 2010 Yuchai Heavy Truck Dealers Friendship Meeting Held

To promote deeper exchanges with main engine plants and dealers, enhance mutual understanding and trust, and achieve win-win situation, the 2010 Yuchai Heavy Truck Dealers Friendship Meeting themed by "Sincere cooperation, win-win future," was held on the morning of September 13. The meeting was attended by more than 80 heavy truck dealer representatives, leaders of main engine plants, and deputy general managers Wu Qiwei and Zhong Yuwei and chief accountant Tan Xiaohong of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., and other leaders of the company, sales company and other departments. General manager Li Tiansheng of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. received these participants at Yulin Hotel.

At the meeting, Wu Qiwei reviewed the glorious history of Yuchai engine marketing. He said that, with the care and support of main engine plants, dealer friends and end users, Yuchai engine sales this year increased by 10 times compared with that of 10 years ago; he believes that, Yuchai has great potential and much space for growth in heavy truck sector, and this friendship meeting is mainly aimed to enhance the confidence of main engine plants in equipping Yuchai engines. Wu Qiwei said, heavy machinery competition is a long campaign, and Yuchai business policy will maintain continuity and flexibility and will fully cooperate with dealers. He hoped that all dealers give priority to construction of end markets, market docking and service ability improving. It is predicted that, in the next two years, Yuchai heavy machinery and light machinery will be on an upward trend, so Yuchai is very confident in the next year's market, and its sales company will create the sales of 600,000 machines as a gift for the 60th anniversary of Yuchai.

Participating Dealers Visit the Production Line of Yuchai

General manager Gao Qiang of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd. announced the engine marketing situation of Yuchai from January to August and introduced the development process of Yuchai heavy machinery. He said that, Yuchai heavy machinery products have been mature after proven by market for 8 years, with quality improved greatly; for example, in Huolinhe known as "Slaughter house for heavy machinery", Yuchai heavy machinery has become the key product for mine vehicle, especially that 6M engine is under very good momentum of development. In the downturn heavy truck market, 6M engine witnessed an increase of sales in August than in July, which showed the markets confidence in Yuchai brand.

Zhong Yuwei highlighted the technological R & D advantages of commercial engine model spectrum and heavy truck engines from a professional perspective. Yuchai heavy truck engine has not only the existing products 6L, 6M, 6A, but also projected products that meet State 4 and State 5 emission standard, as well as 6K high-powered engine products to be put into production in Anhui at the end of 2010, which will change the pattern of heavy truck market next year.

The rapid development of Yuchai over the years relies on market and service; from marketing perspective, the construction of Yuchai end market is closely related to general dealers. Deputy General Manager of the sales company and Customer Service Center director Zhang Ting announced heavy machinery service policies, service guarantee and use situation, etc. to participating heavy truck suppliers.

Before the meeting, participants visited and inspected Foundry of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., heavy machinery processing line, heavy machinery assembly line.
