The list of 2010 Top 500 Chinese Enterprises was released from September 4 to 5 in Hefei, Anhui, and on the list, Yuchai Group ranked No.227, up by 38 seats compared with 2009, becoming one of the 100 enterprises with fastest income growth among 2010 top 500 Chinese enterprises. Also released was the list of 2010 Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises, on which Yuchai ranked No. 113, up by 28 seats over last year.

 The "2010 China Top 500 Enterprises Release & China Corporations Summit" was hosted by China Enterprise Confederation and China Entrepreneurs Association, and Secretary-General Guo Deming of Yuchai Groups Board of Directors attended the meeting and accepted the award on behalf of Yuchai Group.

Top 500 Chinese enterprises ranking analysis and research and release is an important work launched by China Enterprise Confederation and China Entrepreneurs Association every year since 2002 with reference to international practice, and its authority has been widely concerned by domestic and international media, industry organizations and transnational groups. Ranking of top 500 Chinese enterprises this year is based on enterprises operating income in 2009, and the minimum operating income of the finalist is 11.08 billion Yuan, increasing by 540 million Yuan compared with previous year. The minimum operating income of the finalist of top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises is 4.16 billion Yuan. The announced top 500 Chinese enterprises cover a total of 1,078 large enterprises from different industries and different regions, and these enterprises are located at the core of industrial chain and industrial network.

Yuchai Group realized a rise against the tendency in 2009, with sales revenue reaching 27.19 billion Yuan, up by 29.58 percent, and squeezed smoothly in the list of top 500 Chinese enterprises, with ranking improved greatly. Its reported that Yuchai is on the top of the 4 enterprise and 7 manufacturing enterprises of Guangxi which are respectively on the finalist of Top 500 Chinese Enterprises and the finalist of Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises.
