Yuchai is scheduled to unfold the campus recruitment in 2011 at universities and colleges across the country this October to accept great talents. Headed by Chairman Yan Ping, Vice Chairman Li Tiansheng, President Gu Tangsheng and Deputy Party Secretary Zhang Jiasha, the recruitment campaign will cover more than 30 universities and colleges in five regions-northeast China, north China, central China, southwest China and Guangzhou and Guangxi, and is proposed to recruit more than 630 graduates in 2010, the largest number of hiring in recent years.
After Yuchai's senior executives headed recruiting groups to universities and colleges across the country last year to cause great repercussions and achieve remarkable effects, to deepen recruitment work and attract more outstanding graduates, the event will draw on the successful experience last year, arrange face-to-face communication between applicants and Yuchai's senior executives and some distinguished alumni in various fields of Yuchai in the process of recruitment, demonstrate Yuchai's great prospect and grand objective to graduates in an all-round manner by such means as brochure, video and PPT, encouraging outstanding graduates to join Yuchai.
The recruitment fairs are located at universities and colleges such as Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Harbin Engineering University, Tianjin University, Wuhan University of Technology, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Sun Yat-sen University, cover majors such as internal combustion engine, vehicle engineering, turbine engineering, electric engineering and automation, petrochemical/polymer materials, financial management, management, investment and financing, project management, computer and foreign languages, and are proposed to recruit 41 masters and 597 bachelors.
The event is reportedly to make its debut at Harbin Engineering University on October 9. The event differs slightly from the previous editions in the method of resume submission-written resumes are not accepted in principle, and all applicants should submit resumes at the campus channel of ChinaHR. The first array of recruiters will head to Harbin earlier on October 6 for preparatory work. The event will last a month.
