In September 2010, Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. was rated among the outstanding enterprises in school-enterprise cooperation and talent training in national machinery industry by China Machinery Industry Education Association (CMIEA) and Machinery Industry Education Development Center (MIEDC).

To implement the spirit of the Outline of National Medium and Long-term Talent Development Plan (2010-2020) and Outline of National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020), establish and improve the system of industrial high-skill talent cultivation and training predominated by enterprises and based on vocational schools, promote the reform and innovation of vocational education, publicize and popularize advanced experience and achievements in school-enterprise cooperation in talent training, further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, and enhance the cultivation of high-skill talents in the equipment manufacturing industry, CMIEA and MIEDC jointly organized and carried out the review of the outstanding enterprises in school-enterprise cooperation and talent training in national machinery industry in September 2010. As a result, 84 enterprises won the title.

In recent years, Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. has established friendship partnerships with a number of vocational schools and technical schools, achieved remarkable results, accomplished win-win in school-enterprise cooperation, and effectively met the talent demand of Yuchais strategic development. With a strong sense of social responsibility, Yuchai cared for and supported the development of the educational cause, served Yuchais business development through the intelligent resources of universities and colleges, and gained recognition in the society.
