Nanning remains refreshing and green in October. On the afternoon of October 19, the 7th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) & Business Investment Summit opened. Like last year, Yuchai, in conjunction with Southeast Asian and domestic exhibitors, showed on the grand gathering with a strong lineup.

This is the seventh time that Yuchai has participated in CAEXPO. With an area of 390 square meters, Yuchai pavilion is one of the largest outdoor pavilions at the CAEXPO this year. Located west of the square of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, the pavilion involves a negotiation section and an exhibition section. The blue & white-dominated pavilion is concise and grand. On one side is a large LED which plays Yuchai product video in repeatedly. Inside the pavilion, engines for agricultural machinery, vehicles and ships ranging from single cylinder to six cylinders, as well as excavators and special vehicles are on display. Yuchai Logistics Co., Ltd. made its debut on CAEXPO this year.

Yuchai products were seen everywhere in the pavilion, whether at the entry of security check or on the banners. Not far away, auto exhibitors like Changsha Automobile Plant of Beiqi Foton Automobile Co., Ltd. displayed light and heavy trucks with YC4D and YC6J engines. The person in charge of the plants booth said that Yuchai is influential at home and enjoys all favorable conditions in ASEAN. Yuchai is one of the biggest highlights of CAEXPO this year.

On the next day of the opening of CAEXPO, He Guangyuan, honorary chairman of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES) and former minister of machinery building industry; and Lu Yansun, honorary chairman of CMES and former vice minister of machinery building industry visited Yuchai pavilion together, saying that as the bellwether of Guangxis machinery industry, Yuchai should shoulder responsibility, make active innovations and uphold the flag of China Manufacturing.

Li Zifu, deputy secretary of the CPC Yulin Municipal Committee, came to Yuchai pavilion early in the morning, saying that he often visited Yuchai and found something new whenever he went, hoping that Yuchai would take the opportunity to expand the Southeast Asian market and take a firm step towards a large multinational group.

 Li Tiansheng, vice chairman of Yuchai Group and general manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., gave site instructions, received guests together with the pavilion staff, and attended the Summit Forum on The New Opportunity-Sharings by Manufacturing Industry in the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area in the afternoon.
