On September 27, Zhejiang Kaishan Compressor Co., Ltd. (ZKC) held the annual conference on major suppliers in Shanghai. At the conference, Yuchai was ranked among "ZKC 2009-2010 outstanding suppliers". Wu Qiwei, deputy general manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and Huang Weishu, assistant to general manager of the sales company were present at ZKC's invitation.

Before the conference, Cao Kejian, chairman of Kaishan Group, held frank and friendly talks with Wu and Huang, speaking highly of Yuchai's outstanding achievements and hoping for closer ties with Yuchai. At the conference, Wu, on behalf of the suppliers, made an ebullient speech, appreciating Kaishan's strong support to Yuchai over the years; Cao thanked Yuchai repeatedly in the speech for its great contribution to the development of ZKC.

Now, 90% of diesel-powered air compressors manufactured in the country are concentrated in Kaishan-led Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, while Yuchai holds an approximately 75% share of the diesel-powered air compressor market in Quzhou. The high-level meeting will further deepen the strategic cooperation between the two sides.
