Gu extended cordial greetings to the first-line sales service staff and inquired into the office's situation, especially the early service support to the Games. Tang Zhanghua, director of Guangdong Office; Gong Zhihua, chief technical engineer of the Customer Service Center and Feng Wu, manager of Guangdong Monopoly Company briefed Gu on the offices information in such aspects as sales progress, Games service support and parts supply.

Gu offered guiding opinions on Games service support, noting that serving the Games is a glorious and arduous task, requiring that the service staff should work in solidarity to support the Games and make Yuchai's flag take deep roots in Guangzhou.

According to the source, Yuchai engines have held a more than 95% share in Guangzhou's bus market, and there will be more than 8,000 buses equipped with Yuchai engines shuttling in downtown Guangzhou during the Games.
