On November 27, Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI) signed strategic agreements with Shantui Construction Machinery Caterpillar Chassis Co., Ltd. (SCMCC) and Jining Yongsheng Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (JYCM) in Jining, Shandong, marking the strategic cooperation between YHI and its suppliers has entered into a new stage.

At the ceremony, with the concept of Green Development & Harmony Win-win, the two sides extended heartfelt thanks mutually and agreed that the strong combination should be conducive to corporate development. Both SCMCC and JYCM pledged to contribute to further cooperation with YHI.

YHI has always valued partnerships with suppliers. It signed strategic agreements with HYEST Co., Ltd. of Japan this June 4 and Donaldson (Wuxi) Filter Co., Ltd. in Changzhou on September 7. The strategic cooperation has not only brought reliable supporting resources, stable supplies and favorable prices, but also played a great role in propelling corporate production and the R & D of products like medium & large-sized excavators and rotary drilling rigs. Besides, YHI tilts to strategic suppliers in such aspects as ordering, settlement and payment, creates more stable market sales for strategic suppliers during strategic cooperation, and effectively promotes the permanent and sustainable development of both sides.

Following the ceremony, at the invitation of Shantui Chairman Zhang Xiuwen, leaders such as YHI General Manager Zhang Shiyong attended the ceremony for the operation of No. 2 Caterpillar Plant and Phase III gear project of SCMCC.
