On November 30, with the grand opening of Yuchai Heavy Industry (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (YHIT) and Tianjin Yinde Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (TYFL), the first-stage domestic strategic layout of extending east to Changzhou, Jiangsu, west to Luzhou, Sichuan and north to Wuqing, Tianjin in 2010 has wound up, marking that YHIs business layout of separating production from sale has come into being.

The opening ceremony of YHIT and TYFL was held at Wuqing District, Tianjin. Li Wenxi, vice mayor of Tianjin and Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group jointly dotted the eyes of the dancing lions, and pressed the model to launch the ceremony together with Yuan Tongli, Party secretary of the Wuqing District Committee; Zhang Yong, chief of Wuqing District; Qi Jun, chairman of China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA); Shan Jianbao, vice president of China Everbright Bank; Zhang Shiyong, general manager of YHI and chairman of YHIT; and distributor representative Liu Limin. Over 260 attendees, including the persons in charge of the functional departments of the Wuqing District Government and Wuqing Development Area Corporation, distributor representatives of YHI as well as staff of YHIT and TYFL witnessed the thrilling moment.

CCMA Chairman Qi Jun conveyed CCMAs warm congratulations on and good wishes to YHI. Wuqing Chief Zhang Yong addressed the ceremony.

Yan thanked the Tianjin Municipal Committee and Government, Wuqing District Committee and Government as well as related government departments for their strong support to YHIs project in Tianjin, and YHIs marketing staff for their sacrifice of heading north to Tianjin for YHIs business development, saying that the founding of YHIT and TYFL was a great event for both YHI and Yuchai, marked the completion of YHIs layout in North China, and was another major move on YHIs road to the sales objective of 10 billion under the Twelfth Five-Year Plan?. As the second largest sector of Yuchai Group as well as one of Yuchais most important sectors for the sales objective of 100 billion, YHI is strategically positioned as a professional construction machinery manufacturer in the future and aims to achieve sales of RMB 10 billion by 2015. To achieve the objective, we must step up strategic distribution and business mode distribution. That is why Changzhou Yuchai Heavy Industry (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., Yuchai Piling (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., Sichuan Bonny Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., YHIT and TYFL were founded, which shoulder the heavy task of achieving sales of over RMB 10 billion for YHI and over RMB 100 billion for Yuchai Group.

Zhang said that YHI returned to the Chinese local market with the reputation of Number one in exports? and the dream of invigorating the national industry after developing in the overseas market over the decade. With the painstaking and enterprising efforts of Yuchai staff from generation to generation, YHI has opened up a unique road of development. On this road, YHI developed over 33 series and 70 varieties of excavators, and cultivated construction machinery series such as rotary drilling rig, skid loader, aerial working truck and mining machinery. YHIT will sell these products abroad and offer product services, and TYFL will create a strong financial platform to repay Yuchai, the government and the society with the best economic and social benefits.
