On the morning of December 16, Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI) held the dispatch ceremony for excavator export to Brazil. A total of 48 excavators were involved, including 15 medium-sized YC230-8 excavators. This marked a new breakthrough of YHI in overseas market development. YHI branded products have been recognized by the overseas market. Leaders, such as YHI General Manager Zhang Shiyong, Deputy Party Secretary Zhan Xu, Deputy General Manager Bian Dejun and Feng Jinhua, general manager of the Brazilian distributor were present.

Zhang handed the excavator key model to Feng, and cut the ribbon with Bian. As Zhang announced the dispatch, gun salutes were fired, colored ribbon swayed, in the passionate rhythm, excavator-loaded trucks set out one after another to travel across the sea to Brazil with the hope of YHI staff.

Feng said that as the largest country in South America, Brazil is developed in industry and mining and demands a large supply of construction machinery. The export was the largest single-batch export order of YHI from South America, marking a new breakthrough in Brazilian market development, establishing the favorable overseas brand image of YHI.

At the ceremony, Bian congratulated YHI on exporting a single batch of 48 excavators to Brazil, and reviewed YHIs history from exporting small excavators in the 1990s to exporting medium and large-sized excavators now. Over the 21 years, with the dream of invigorating the national industry, YHI staff worked hard in the overseas market, and strove to introduce national brands overseas and earn a good fame.
