To build a creative labor group and improve the innovative capacity of technicians, on December 23, Yuchai Technician Association held the exhibition on the new achievements of Yuchais technicians in 2010 at Shop 4F of No. 2 Engine Plant, on which over 30 achievements were displayed. Yuchai Chairman Yan Ping, Party Secretary Liang Ping, Deputy General Manager Ning Xingyong and Liang Qingyan, Chief Engineer Shen Jie, Senior Chairman Advisor Li Qin, Trade Union Chairman Rao Yingxian and other leaders were present.

On the exhibition, Yan and other corporate leaders listened to the achievement reports of outstanding technicians carefully, and watched the innovation achievements on the display stand, including four-valve spring disassembly tooling improvement by the chief master Pan Yuanrong; use of modern high-tech products (computer, mobile phone, etc.) for equipment control by the specialized master Su Weili; and air compressor gear fixing tooling improvement by the technician Chen Chaohui. These technical innovations created benefits for the company. Your brains and hands are priceless, and you have made remarkable contributions to the company. Yan spoke highly of the technicians innovation achievements.

After listening to Pangs report, Yan said cordially, Pang, you are vigorous and supposed to train more young technicians. Pan nodded repeatedly in approval. For Yuchais older constructors like chief master Zeng Xianlin, Yan said repeatedly that they should be reemployed to contribute to Yuchais construction and development.

Yan watched the display information on the achievement corridor carefully as he passed by. When learning that Mo Yulang, a senior female technician of the foundry, won many awards, he expressed his admiration, saying, Women are great. He thought that anyone will be accomplished if he works diligently and steadily whatever the job is, adding that more young staff should visit the exhibition to feel the demeanor of technicians.

Yan said that he was emotionally every time he participated in the activity of the association. Technicians sublimed their love for work to work research, made technical innovation, and created benefits for the company. He hoped that the technician team would keep growing and train more talented technicians, and required that the association should perfect the apprenticeship system and pass down fine technologies to serve the enterprise.
