The year 2011 is the opening year of the twelfth five-year period and the 60th anniversary of the founding of Yuchai. On January 5, the second working day of 2011, Liang Ping, Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and Rao Yingxian, chairman of the Trade Union of Yuchai Group conveyed the New Year blessings of Chairman Yan Ping to the 798 technicians of Yuchai.

At the blessing-sending ceremony, on behalf of Yan and the business body of the company, Liang wished the technicians to renew efforts on the basis of the brilliant results in 2010 to achieve a greater success in the New Year. Chen Jinyuan, chairman of the technician association, on behalf of the technician team, pledged to follow Yans instructions to build the team with a strategic vision, give play to the role of the team as an industrial force and spare no efforts to achieve the objective of over RMB 40 billion, thus accomplishing the task assigned by the company.
