Recently, Yuchai Logistics Co., Ltd. (YL) made a new progress in school-enterprise cooperation: the company signed a talent training agreement with Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Communications (GVTCC). At the signing ceremony, Yan Li, deputy Party secretary of YL and Wen Zongyin, president of GVTCC signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides.

Under the agreement, the two sides will jointly present an order class, namely, from the second academic year, YL will spend vacations, holidays and festivals and nights on one-year business and management training and corresponding assessment to the students of the class; in the third academic year, YL will provide practice opportunities to the qualified students. At the same time, YL will train the corporate staff in vocational skills through the school faculty to sharpen their skills, and will organize the schools logistics theory specialists for involvement in corporate service innovation.

This is the second school partner of YL after it concluded an agreement with Guangxi Vocational and Technical College. In the opening year of the twelfth five-year period, YL accelerated the advancement of the talent strategy. The move provides human resources for the implementation of the magnificent twelfth five-year strategic goal of the company, and embodies the companys performance of social responsibility for Harmony Win-win.
