On the afternoon of January 18, the occupational skill appraisal body evaluation group of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (DHRSSG) visited Yuchai to assess the occupational skill appraisal institutes of Yuchai. Wan Shenglan, director of Yuchai Training Center, warmly received the visitors.

Consisting of relevant staff of the Technician Teaching and Research Office, Occupational Ability Construction Division and Occupational Skill Appraisal Center of DHRSSG, the group visited the heavy engine processing shop of the cold machining plant, the shop of the vehicle engine shop of No. 1 engine plant and the foundry center of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., conducted a field survey of the hardware of the occupational technical appraisal institution of Yuchai such as ground and equipment, and inquired into the cultivation, benefits and qualifications of Yuchais skilled talents and interns.

Wang briefed the group on the rules and regulations of the institute and the information of examiners and major department managers; the facts on financial management, examination management and appraisal charging; as well as national questions (self-set questions) and national occupational standard appraisal standards. Also, the group inquired about the details of the appraisal work of the institutes by data consulting and centralized appraisal.

According to the source, the group will also score the institutes in an integrated manner based on social feedback. DHRSSG will make public the qualified institutes and issue new national occupational skill appraisal licenses in a unified manner.
