In the past 2010, Yuchai service body centered on the principle of coordinated efforts, support devotion, service marketing and sustained advantage, kept improving service capacity and quality, and composed a new chapter of corporate development. At the marketing service conference on January 19, Liang Ping, Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM), read out the Decision on Commending Outstanding Service Units and Individuals in 2010. On the night, YM held the award dinner at Xianglu Grand Hotel in Xiamen to award the commended distributors, service outlets and advanced individuals.

In 2010, YC service body, together with YM, withstood the acid tests of the World Expo and Asian Games support, won unanimous praise from customers, and spared no efforts on services and marketing to boost the sales of Yuchai engines.

Besides, YM presented the title of 2010 Premium Service Outlets to 10 service outlets including Kaisheng; the 2010 Special Award for Disaster Relief to two service outlets including Longnan Bingqiang; the 2010 Special Award for Expo Support to two service outlets including Shanghai No. 17 Plant; the 2010 Special Award for Asian Games Support to 10 service outlets including Guangzhou Donghuan; the title of 2010 Outstanding Core Service Outlets to 65 service outlets including Nanning Dongmao; the title of 2010 Outstanding Professional Service Outlets to 64 service outlets including Yuchai Hepu; the title of 2010 Advanced Core Service Outlets to 94 service outlets including Liuzhou Fangsheng; the title of 2010 Advanced Professional Service Outlets to 92 service outlets including Yizhou Hongyuan; the title of 2010 Advanced Self-Marketing Service Outlets to 39 service outlets including Guangxi Qianlitong; and the 2010 Special Award for Service Stimulation to 9 units including Shanxi Jietai. 704 people, including Yu Mu, were honored as advanced individuals in Asian Games support, outstanding core managers, outstanding professional managers, advanced core managers, advanced professional managers, outstanding appraisers, outstanding messengers and outstanding electric control appraisers.
