Yuchai praised for two-conference vehicle support
-Yuchai winds up two-conference vehicle support with zero failure

From March 3 to 14, 2011, the annual two national conferences were held in the capital Beijing.

Shouqi, Beiqi and Xinyue undertook the transport of two-conference delegates and dispatched some 400 vehicles. Yuchai Beijing Office, Beijing Monopoly Company and service stations under jurisdiction went all out and made collaborative efforts to win up the task of vehicle support and gain extensive praise.

Two-conference vehicles

The two conferences coincided with the 60th anniversary of Shouqi. Vehicle support drew great attention from the executive level of Shouqi. According to the support plan worked out by Shouqi, Shouqi service stations set about vehicle inspection early from January 14, kept records of problematic vehicles, and corrected the vehicles from February 9 to 27, laying a solid foundation for the smooth operations of two-conference vehicles.

Before the two conference, upon coordination, Yuchai Beijing Offices and Beijing Monopoly Company prepared parts such as two ECUs, electronic accelerator parts, filter element modules, sensors and vulnerable oil tubes to equip two service stations with. Also, Yuchai service stations made full preparations by selecting competent staff for two-conference vehicle support.

Due to the hotels accommodating two-conference delegates were widely distributed in the east, west and north. Under the principles of serving by blocks, Yuchai Beijing Office arranged the service station of Beijing Xinfeng Bus Science & Technology Co., Ltd., No. 6 vehicle repair branch station to support the west, a team headed by Office Manager Zhang Liyuan to support the north and Shouqis service staff to support the east. Yuchai sent staff to work around Tiananmen Square together with Shouqis service staff to support the normal operations of vehicles on and around the square.

To ensure everything is in order, the service staff must arrive at the fleet about an hour before it departed to inspect operation, find out failure and leakage and inquire vehicles of drivers to ensure the normal operations of all vehicles. After delegates entered the venue, they asked drivers about vehicles to master first-hand information and solve problems in time.

About 10 minutes before session conclusion, the service staff started vehicles and rechecked vehicles to ensure that vehicles ran out of the square smoothly.
