At Yuchai Corporate Culture and Publicity Work Conference 2011 on March 25, Yuchai launched Phase 2 three-famous cultivation project. The representatives of masters and apprentices involved in the project signed the agreement to define responsibilities, rights and benefits. Guo Deming, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., presented letters of appointment to special editors, reporters and hosts.

three-famous means famous reporters, famous editors and famous hosts. The project was launched in 2009. In Phase 1, 13 part-time news reporters and editors received training. According to incomplete statistics, the 13 trainees wrote and published over 550 articles during the training, over 100 of which were reprinted by Yulins media at the city level or above to promote Yuchai culture, publicize Yuchai brand and establish the corporate image.

Upon rigorous selection, 7 full-time reporters and editors as well as 22 part-time reporters and editors attended the Phase 2 training.

The project creates a good training platform for Yuchais staff aiming to become famous reporters, editors and hosts. The master representative Zhu Xiaojie said in the speech, I was a beneficiary of Phase 1, when I played a dual role of master and apprentice and benefited a lot from Phase 1 training. As a master, I grew with two apprentices and forged deep friendship. As a master in Phase 2, we will try my best to teach expertise and skills, improve trainees overall quality and comprehensive skills and overfulfill the targets set in the agreement by means of reading, face-to-face teaching, lecture exchange, teaching-by-doing practice and special project.
