On the night of March 23, 2011, Yizhou Yuchai Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. (Yizhou Yuchai) dispatched 500 R180 diesel engines to Hai Duong, Vietnam. The completion of Yizhou Yuchais first export order marked a historic breakthrough of the company in export trade, which is also Hechis first electromechanical product export order.

The truck loaded with diesel engines is setting off

Upon receipt of the order, Yizhou Yuchai responded promptly by establishing an export business work group to coordinate overall advancement, organized production, purchased packing cases, preparing the materials for inspection and customs declaration, refining responsibilities, and controlling product quality and details level by level. The diesel packing group packed products with wood cases in replacement of plastic packages. As the production department was short of hand in the peak season, all logistics staff was assigned to pack products instead.

With the concerted efforts of all the staff of Yizhou Yuchai and the strong support of Guangxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Yizhou Yuchai delivered the first order in only a week, laying a solid foundation for the companys future export business.
