A notice was received recently saying Mo Yulang and Huang Taidong of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and Li Yilong of Yuchai Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. were honored as "Guangxi technical masters" by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (DHRSSG).

In 2010, Mo, Li and Huang participated in Guangxi "Yuchai Cup" Founder Skill Contest and won the first, second and third prizes. According to the regulations of DHRSSG on the contest, the top three contestants were honored as "Guangxi technical masters".

Apart from the annual group vocational skill contest, Yuchai held Guangxi "Yuchai Cup" Internal Combustion Engine Assembler Skill Contest in 2009 and Guangxi "Yuchai Cup" Founder Skill Contest in 2010. All the contestants of Yuchai achieved brilliant results. Besides, Yuchai fielded staff for other vocational skill contests in the country and autonomous region almost every year, and achieved good results. Now, this year's group vocational skill contest and Guangxi "Yuchai Cup" Vocational Skill Contest are in preparation. By holding and participating in the contests, Yuchai aims to motivate the staff to study hard and keep sharpening skills on their posts.
