Yuchais corporate culture is a fine culture that promotes corporate development and solves the practical problems of corporate development, said Chi Huiling, secretary-general of the Corporate Culture Building Committee of China Enterprise Confederation (CEC).

On the afternoon of April 13, accompanied by Li Tao, director of the Membership Department of Guangxi Enterprise and Entrepreneur Confederation, Chi Huiling, secretary-general of the Corporate Culture Building Committee of CEC; Wang Jiwei, deputy secretary-general of the Corporate Management Publicity Committee of CEC and other leaders of CEC conducted a survey of Yuchais corporate culture, assessing the deeds reported by Yuchai for national awards for outstanding achievements in corporate culture, instructing Yuchai in cultural building. Li Tiansheng, vice chairman and deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group and Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM); Zhang Jiasha, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group; Guo Deming, deputy Party secretary of YM; Liang Ping, chairman of the Trade Union of Yuchai Group and other leaders of Yuchai attended the seminar.

Attending leaders such as Li, Zhang and Guo introduced Yuchais corporate culture and development, actualities and practices, as well as twelfth five-year corporate cultural strategy, elaborating on the features of Yuchais culture with cases from different perspectives in respect of its essence, advantages and characteristics, especially the impact of responsibility culture, market culture and harmonious culture on the enterprise. The vivid cultural cases were praised by the experts. Besides, the two sides had a discussion about cultural building of subsidiaries in other places.

Also, the visitors conducted a field investigation into Yuchais hardware facilities for corporate culture building. Chi said, through the visit, she gained a deeper understanding of Yuchai, experienced the culture of green development and harmony win-win, the spirit of making painstaking efforts and forging ahead, the belief of building Yuchai with annual sales of RMB 100 billion and the mission of being devoted to green, the nation and the society and shouldering social responsibility. Hopefully, Yuchais fine corporate culture will provide a reference for more enterprises.
