On the morning of April 1, Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) and Zhao Hang, director of China Automotive Technology & Research Center (CATRC) signed the Yuchai-CATRC Framework Cooperation Agreement, marking the establishment of a partnership between the two sides. Under the principles of mutual complementing, actual effects, common improvement and win-win, the two sides will carry out strategic cooperation in fields such as automobile standards and technical regulations, product testing and certification, product development and planning and engineering project design, quality system certification and training, information service and soft scientific research, and research project cooperation, and will give play to their respective advantages to support each other in independent innovation.

At the ceremony, Yan briefed the visitors on Yuchais corporate culture, industrial layout, talent policies, etc. He said Yuchai is an enterprise with the most complete range of products in the engine industry and has formed nationwide layout in sectors such as engine and construction machinery. With the expansion and constant growth of the enterprise, a large number of talents are needed. Yuchai attracts and retains talents through the fine corporate culture and benefit policies. At the same time, Yuchai cooperated with a number of domestic and overseas research institutes and universities to lay solid talent and technology foundations for corporate development. In the future, Yuchai will make deep communication with CATRC to cement cooperation in production, teaching and research.

Before the ceremony, accompanied by Wu and Lin, the guest visited the heavy engine processing line of the cold machining plant, the heavy engine assembly and commissioning line, the laboratory of the engineering research institute and Yuchai exhibition hall, watched the corporate video Leap, and gained a deeper understanding of Yuchais products, history and industrial role.
