From April 18 to 19, Zhang Jiasha, deputy Party secretary and discipline inspection secretary of Yuchai Group and Liang Ping, chairman of the Trade Union of Yuchai, headed to CSR Yuchai Sichuan Engine Co., Ltd. (CSYE) for a discussion with leaders of the CPC Ziyang Municipal Committee, Ziyang Municipal Government, Ziyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Party Committee and Trade Union of CSR Ziyang Co., Ltd. on the building of CYSEs Party-mass organization. Upon discussion, consensuses were reached. It was agreed that the CPC Committee of CYSE and sound grass-roots Party branches should be established as soon as possible, members and leaders of the Party Committee of CYSE should be established, and the Trade Union of CYSE should be attached to that of CSR Ziyang, participate in its activities and turn in trade union funds in its proportion.

Yang Jing, deputy director of the Organization Department of the CPC Ziyang Municipal Committee, said the department would pay close attention and offer strong support to CYSEs Party building, hoping the Party Committee of CYSE would give full play to role of political core, get involved in central business work, serve the general situation and ensure stability to escort corporate development.

Chen Liping, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ziyang Municipal Committee and chairman of the Ziyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions said, the federation would take whatever operation mode, as long as it is beneficial to corporate development, team stability and corporate work, to support the work of the trade union of the new company to make it a family staff can trust and depend on.

Tian Yadong, vice mayor of Ziyang, said, the establishment of CYSEs Party-mass organization showed the company would progressively go on the right track, as CYSE is a new enterprise drawing high attention in Sichuan and Ziyang, government departments at all levels would spare no efforts to create favorable development conditions for the new company, hoping the company will wind up Party-mass organization building, go into a fast track of development and comprehensively achieve corporate objectives.

Zhang and Liang communicate with the leading body of CYSE

During the visit to CYSE, the group of Zhang had full communication with the leading body of CYSE, inquiring into the production operation and Party-mass work of the new company as well as the state of mind of the staff, recognizing the companys achievements in work such as production operation, organization building and ideological and political work. Also, Zhang conveyed the requirements of Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, for CYSEs operation and Party-mass work, hoping the Party committee of CYSE would give full play to the role of political core, establish grass-roots Party branches as soon as possible, organize Party members, and unite and mobilize the staff to take active part in all undertakings of the new company.
