Recently, Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI) was listed among the top 10 national after-sale units in the 5th National After-sale Service Evaluation.
The event, which has been held for four times, is jointly organized by China General Chamber of Commerce, China Foundation of Consumer Protection and National Committee on Commodity After-sale Service Evaluation.
For several years, YHI has positioned services as one of its core competitive edges, valued voluntary, personalized and innovative services as the key factors for service system building, successively organized and implemented a series of projects such as Fly Dreams for Every Child, Journey of Gratitude and Double-Thousand Project, and actively pushed forward service mechanism reform to lead the industry in service standards. Recently, YHI established an international service center in Tianjin base, and defined a series of evaluation indicators such as average arrival time, 24-hour completion rate and customer satisfaction to create more convenient and caring services for customers wholeheartedly. These policies were well received by customers and the industry, increasing YHIs service satisfaction year by year.
