"I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our young staff a happy day!"At the young work symposium held by the League Committee of Yuchai on May 4 Zhang Jiasha, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group, extended sincere greetings of the day to the young representatives and Yuchai's young staff.

In the year coinciding with the 92nd anniversary of the May Fourth Movement and the 89th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League, the League Committee of Yuchai organized a symposium for exchange, with the participation of over 30 persons including representatives of "yuchai's ten outstanding young workers" in previous years, representatives of trainees of the first "training class for outstanding young staff", trainees of the second training class of the spare-time League school of Yuchai as well as representatives of grass-roots League cadres. Leaders such as He Xiaoyu, director of the department of Party committee work; Wan Shenglan, director of Yuchai Training Center; Huang Yi, manager of the department of human resources of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.; Huang Youyan, League secretary of Yuchai Group and Ning Jing, deputy League secretary of Yuchai Group were also present for the day with the young representatives. The active young attendees delivered speeches on "how to strengthen and improve Yuchai's young work and give play to the pioneering role of young staff", and voiced their thoughts based on their growth experience.

Zhang recognized the enthusiasm of young staff, saying the company attaches great importance to their growth and accomplishment, hoping they will work passionately and tenaciously on their posts to make new contributions to corporate development in the "twelfth five-year period".
