Recently, the CYL Central Committee, CYL Guangxi Autonomous Region Committee and CYL Yulin Municipal Committee held an activity to commend young models. As a result, Li Binli, a woman worker from the cold machining plant of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. was honored as an outstanding League member.

Li, an operator from Heller processing center of the heavy engine section of the cold machining plant, worked hard on her post, setting a good example of accomplishment to Yuchais young workers. She is specialized and versatile, holds certificates of operating 13 imported processing centers in the section, and owns qualification certificates for numerical control processing center, miller, electrical engineering and benchwork. In 2010, Li processed 25,232 heavy engine bodies, with a qualification rate of 100% and a maintenance qualification rate of 100%; took active part in process cost reduction to save a total annual cost of RMB 425,800; made 26 reasonable proposals, 20 of which were adopted.

In spare time, Li took active part in cultural activities and young volunteer, established the favorable image of young people by actual deeds, and carried forward the volunteer spirit of devotion, fraternity, mutual help and progress. Throughout the year, she participated in art performance four times on behalf of the company, saw the elderly people at the gerocomium, elderly people enjoying the five guarantees, solitary elderly people, children at the welfare home and needy students over 20 times, and served for 158 hours. Also, he took active part in voluntary family education organized by the plant to educate over 100 children of corporate workers.

Due to outstanding performance, in 2010, Li won honors and prizes such as group woman pacesetter, corporate advanced workers, trade union activist, full attendance award, star quality staff, first prize in site safety appraisal and first prize in the quality knowledge contest for plant groups.
