On May 18, accompanied by Lu Daodong, secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Yulin Federation of Trade Unions, Liang Jianqiang, vice chairman of Guangxi Federation of Trade Unions, visited Yuchai on a survey of trade union work such as creating a harmonious enterprise in labor relations.

Liang Ping, chairman of the Trade Union of Yuchai Group, briefed Liang on Yuchais major experience and practice in creating a harmonious enterprise in labor relations.

Liang spoke highly of Yuchais achievements in creating a harmonious enterprise in labor relations alongside rapid growth, thinking Yuchais work such as system of workers congress, regulations on plant affair disclosure, signing of collective contracts, construction of staff families and familial services, hoping the Trade Union of Yuchai pinpointing the penetrating and acting points of promoting corporate development and corporate harmony and stability, propelling the enterprise to establish more harmonious labor relations, and earnestly maintaining corporate harmony and stability, to build the enterprise into a model in harmonious labor relations.

Also, the guests visited Yuchai Foundry Center and Yuchai Huayuan Machinery (Yulin) Co., Ltd., as well as "staff families" created by subsidiaries such as Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Monopoly Development Co., Ltd.
