To ensure the health of staff, according to the Collective Contract of Yuchai Group, physical examination will be arranged for all staff every year. The four-month examination in 2011 is scheduled to be launched in June and concluded in October and will be conducted by Yulin Guinan Hospital (YGH). The examination includes the health examination for all staff and the gynecological examination for all female staff, and coincides with the physical examination for retired staff.

To effectively carry out the work of physical examination, the Trade Union of Yuchai Group voluntarily communicated with YGH to take measures. In the physical examination this year, the hospital will retain external retired experts to check difficult cases in major steps such as X-ray, B ultrasonic and electrocardiogram, conduct an integrated analysis of examination results and make scientific suggestions to effectively diagnose and treat the diseases of staff.

Yuchai carries out the work of physical examination for all staff, gynecological examination for female staff and occupational disease examination every year, establishes health records for staff, and puts into action the concern about the physical and mental health of staff to make them keenly feel the care and warm of the company.
