On May 18, the autonomous region group on corporate culture building survey visited Yuchai. Headed by Yang Chaolin, sub-inspector of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and director of the Office of the Autonomous Region Group on Corporate Culture Building Coordination, the group conducted a field survey and evaluation of the Guangxi Model Base in Corporate Culture Building? declared by Yuchai. Li Zhilin, Party secretary of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Yulin, accompanied the guests. Zhang Jiasha, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group; Guo Demin, secretary-general of the council of Yuchai Group; Liang Ping, chairman of the Trade Union of Yuchai Group and other corporate leaders received the group.
At the seminar, the group watched Yuchais promotional video, read relevant data on corporate culture and was briefed on Yuchais corporate development, corporate culture building and twelfth five-year plan. Zhang, Guo and He Xiaoyu, director of the Department of Corporate Culture of Yuchai Group elaborated on the content, activities, results and other information of Yuchais corporate culture building, showing Yuchais capability and strength of declaring to be a model base of Guangxi in corporate culture building.
The group recognized Yuchais achievements in corporate culture building. Yang noted, Without Yuchais corporate culture, without Yuchais success.? The group thought, Yuchai has made great strides, achieved brilliant results and made great contributions to Guangxis economic construction; Yuchais corporate culture building has a solid foundation, centers on Yuchais strategy and objective, has distinctive features, accurate orientation and complete system, is thorough and steady, advances with the times, penetrate through the full course of production operation, and gains recognition from workers. Hopefully, Yuchai will promote the work of corporate culture building, and earnestly sum up its experience in corporate culture building in such aspects as how corporate culture highlights corporate features and how to integrate corporate culture building with production operation to provide beneficial cultural achievements and experience for the corporate culture building of the autonomous region.
To deeper the direct understanding of Yuchai, the group also visited Yuchais showroom and workshop, watched the construction of the corporate culture publicity front on the production site, and gave high praise.
