After Yuchai heavy vehicle engines passed ECE R49 (Euro IV) emission certification, on May 19, under the technical guidance and supervision of certified professional engineers with TV Rheinland Guangzhou Co., Ltd., YC6J180-T30 engine for construction machinery passed ECE R96 (Euro S3A) field emission certification test. This is the first Yuchai engine for construction machinery that has won E-Mark certificate, meaning YC6J-T30 can access the European construction machinery industry with the green card, filling a gap of Yuchai construction machinery in Europe, and helping to introduce Yuchai construction machinery march to the overseas market.

The certification further proves the equipment capacity of emission test of Yuchai off-road engines and shows Yuchai engines have been up to advanced international standards.
