On the afternoon of May 25, headed by Ye Lin, general manager of Huizhou Public Bus Corporation (HPBC); Liang Zhengyue, general manager of Maoming Public Transport Corporation and Lian Jinchi, general manager of CNOOC Huizhou Co., Ltd., a group of nine visited Yuchai to survey the R & D and applications of Yuchais LNG gas engines and discuss matters on cooperation deepening.

Gao Qiang, assistant to general manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.; Feng Jing, vice president of Yuchai Engineering Research Institute and other corporate leaders warmly received and held talks with the guests. After the guests were briefed on the technical characteristics and market applications of Yuchai gas engines, the two sides had an in-depth discussion about relevant technical issues of gas engines.

HPBC was equipped with 100 Yuchai gas engines in 2010. The guest commented on Yuchai gas engines in operation: thanks to the engines, our buses yielded good benefit with little pollution, we have received few complaints from citizens and the government is satisfied.

Ye said, We are satisfied with Yuchais services and hope to cement cooperation. Liang said, We hope Yuchai will offer more support in products and technology.

Gao thanked the guests for their support and cooperation, saying Yuchai would intensify the market development and popularization of gas engines, hoping the two sides would cooperate more intensively and comprehensively. Regarding the question raised by the guests on technical coordination of gas engines, Gao pledged Yuchai was in duty bound to offer support in place.

Before the meeting, accompanied by Wang Limin, deputy general manager of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd., the guests visited Yuchais foundry center, laboratory, heavy engine processing workshop and heavy engine assembling & commissioning workshop.
