On May 30, the sample of YCD400 diaphragm wall grab, a new model of Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI) went offline at Changzhou base. Zhang Shiyong, general manager of YHI; Lv Jian, deputy general manager of YHI; Xin Peng, deputy chief designer of the General Institute of Construction Machinery Research and other leaders attended the offline ceremony.

YCD400 hydraulic diaphragm wall grab

YCD400 diaphragm wall grab is one of underground diaphragm wall grabs. Underground diaphragm wall grab (center-pulling trencher) is a kind of equipment for efficient and quality deep-foundation construction. It is mainly used in deep-foundation construction of subways, basements, sewage treatment plants, protective walls, high-rise foundations, underground oil and gas reserve tanks, retaining walls of dams, cutoff walls, bridge truss foundations, foundations of square piles, etc.

YCD400 diaphragm wall grab is a new model independently developed by Yuchai Heavy Industry Piling Machinery (Changzhou) Research Institute, as well as a major research finding of YHI in the piling product chain.
