On the morning of June 3, the 4th Congress of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) elected the 4th Committee and Discipline Inspection Committee of YM. Following the congress, the Committee and Discipline Inspection Committee held the 1st plenary session respectively.

The new Party committee adopted the report on the results of election of the new discipline secretary and deputy discipline secretary, as well as the new Party secretary and deputy Party secretary. As a result, Li Tiansheng was elected as Party secretary, and Guo Deming as deputy Party secretary.

The plenary session of the new discipline inspection committee elected Guo as discipline secretary, and Zhou Jinliang as deputy discipline secretary.
